As a new member, there are a few more things you should know about us. Let's get started.

  The member orientation and handbook guide you through how your new health plan works.
• Learn about your Medicaid card
  Every AmeriHealth Caritas North Carolina member gets his or her own Medicaid card. Always carry it with you.
• Choose your primary care provider (PCP)
  Your PCP will be your family health care provider or the provider you see regularly.
• Find a provider, medicine or pharmacy
  Search for a health care provider who accepts your new health care coverage.
• Explore your health care benefits
